• Responsible for designing, coding, and modifying Save Dallas Water’s website, from layout to function based on the client’s specifications.

• Created a visually appealing site that features user-friendly design & clear navigation.

• Developing and executing brand strategies for various social media ads based on client needs. Including analytics tools from social media software.

• Budgeting, authorizing, and creating original content (one of my videos for the city went viral with over 3,000 views in an hour).

sOCIAL MEDIA

  • Save Dallas Water updates are typically 3 posts times a day on the social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

  • Posts include information about the City of Dallas’s free water saving programs, water saving tips, upcoming workshops, local news, and events.

  • Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Trello, Google Analytics, and Zoho Social to post on multiple platforms and create a content calendar.

  • Overseeing the editorial calendar and planning the specific content for products

  • Partnering with outside vendors and manage these agency relationships

  • Leading the development of the go-to market plan

  • Analyzing KPIs and results of campaign

  • Bringing content trends to the forefront for digital and traditional avenues

  • Writing engaging content for deliverables like direct mail, email blasts, landing pages and microsites.
